2Account Responsibility & Security

  • Currency: All 456win accounts are operated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions in foreign currencies will be automatically converted at the current exchange rate.
  • Self-Deposits Only: You may only deposit funds from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.

456win does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose separate charges in accordance with their own terms of service.

4Fund Withdrawal & Conditions

456win is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes. However, certain conditions and procedures must be followed to ensure the withdrawal process runs smoothly.

  • Mandatory KYC Verification: The first withdrawal requires full identity verification. Required documents include a copy of your MyKad (front and back) and proof of bank account ownership.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
  • Withdrawal Methods: Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 456win account.
  • Bonus Rollover Requirements: If you have received any bonus, the applicable rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed. Specific rollover terms are stated on each bonus offer.
  • Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. In cases requiring additional manual review, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

6General Game Rules

  • Final Decision: Game results recorded by the 456win system are final and binding. Any disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the game occurring.

9Account Closure & Suspension

456win reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account without prior notice if a breach of these terms and conditions is found. Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time.

  • By 456win: An account may be suspended due to a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, KYC failure, or at the absolute discretion of 456win in the interest of platform security.
  • By Player: You may request account closure through Live Chat support at any time. Any valid balance will be returned following a brief review.
  • Inactive Account: Accounts that show no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly administrative fee of RM 10 may be charged on such inactive accounts.
  • Fund Recovery: In the event of a legitimate account closure (not due to fraud), any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

10Terms Amendment & Change Notice
